I used Cascade to ship my car when I moved from New York to Chicago. I was in the middle of moving halfway across the country so was at a high stress level to begin with, but Kimberly was calm and reassuring throughout the process. The car was picked up a couple of days later than scheduled, but still made it out before I left town so I appreciated that. On the other end, it was delivered a day later than anticipated, which was a little inconvenient given the stunts we had to pull to have someone ready to meet the car in Chicago (since the car was supposed to be delivered before we arrived) but it all worked out in the end somehow. It definitely helped to be able to communicate directly with the driver. There were a few times when he couldn't be reached but it was nice to know where he was and what he was anticipating as he made his way out. All in all, if I had to do it again I would use Cascade.
