We finally chose Cascade Vehicle Shipping after a month an a half of being let down by other companies. Cascade Vehicle Shipping successfully got my car from Michigan to Washington in fairly good time. My only complaint is that while I was told I was going to be given door-to-door service, I was in fact requested to drive to a town forty-five minutes away to pick up my car. While this wasn't a huge inconvenience for me, it has the possibility of being greatly inconvenient for someone on a tight schedule.

I do wish you would have told me that the carrier had asked that you meet them for delivery so far away. This is unacceptable to me, and had I known about this, I would have contacted the carrier immediately and instructed them bring the vehicle to your location. You are correct in the fact that this was not the door-to-door service you paid for, and for that I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
