She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The times given could be worked with our schedule. Very detailed in what to expect. I was hoping for a lower price but on shopping around found that price was reasonable. I'll be shipping cross country and wasn't sure of how to go about doing it. I was hoping that people still shipped by train because it is cheaper but was told that they don't really do that anymore, except on shipping from DC to Florida.
