I was supposed to move from CT to WA state so I arranged with Cascade to ship my car. Price was good, about what other companies charged, and reading the good reviews about Cascade I decided to go with them. Diane in customer service was very helpful, made all the arrangements. I got a call from the carrier the day before the pick up, even though we had monster snow storm they were on time.

The next day (Thursday), two hours before the pick up I get a call from Seattle and find out that the company I was supposed to start a new job with pulled their offer! That after I gave my 2 week notice at the current employer, booked plane tickets, broke my lease and arranged car shipping.
Needless to say, I started a frantic effort to undo everything by the end of Friday.

So I called Diane first and told her the whole thing. She tells me she'll take care of everything related to the carrier and indeed, an hour later, I get a confirmation email and NO cancellation fee!

Long story short, I kept my job, canceled the car shipping, credited the airplane tickets. Anyway, many thanks to Diane for being of great help and they definitely gained my business next time.

When we last talked on the phone, you came across and cool, calm and collected ... not that of a man in a panic. You were a delight talking to, and I do hope our paths cross again in the future.
