Good service, able to adjust to the unexpected

I was moving from Washington State to Georgia and had a car shipped by Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Diane from Cascade was both very responsive and good about communicating, skills that came in handy as it turned out since the freight company that actually shipped the car over arrived almost a week before they were expected (while I was still driving across myself) and two days before the earliest quoted date. What's more the region had just been hit by a huge snow storm. The earlier arrival surprised both me and Diane but we worked together to find a solution that would get the car delivered in my absence. Ideally, everything would always go according to plan, but after finishing a cross country move, I think it's more important to work with people who can handle the unexpected and Diane was able to do that with professionalism and courtesy.
