Diane was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and answered my many questions. I felt we were in good hands with this company and I knew I could count on Diane answering my questions.

I only had one issue with the tranport company they use and it was a communication glitch on the actual transport side, NOT on Cascade Vehicle Shipping's side. The transport company called us to tell us our cars were to be in that night and very late that same night we got a call from the driver saying it wouldn't be until the next morning. We ended up having to re-rent a car for one more night at a higher rate until the next day.

I would use this company again.
