Cascade was very prompt and answer my calls immediately with no hold time. I really appreciated that. The reps were able to answer all of my question quickly and accurately with confidence. When the truck driver did not call as planned Jeff followed up with him and took care of everything for me. My car arrived dirty but that was expected as it left on the tail end of a blizzard, so I don't hold that against them. The only point of confusion was that Cascade is one of 4 companies owned by the same owner. So the original quote came from a different name and then Jeff called back with an exact schedule and discounted pricing and had to explain he was actually from the same company I had called a few hours earlier... which I figured as he knew all the details of the original conversation. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
