I can't recommend Cascade highly enough! 18 months ago, I shipped my car with a well-known national auto transport company. The service was great and the car arrived undamaged. I contacted them for this move and my calls and email were never returned. I was hesitant to use a broker, but the reviews on this site gave me the confidence to request quotes.

Cascade was one of the first to respond by email, then followed up with a phone call. They found me a driver within a day of me agreeing to use the company. I needed the car picked up within specific time slots, which no company seems to guarantee. Cascade worked their hardest to do so. When the first pick up time didn't work out, the driver went out of his way to get the car the next morning. Diane and the driver both called to update me on the status as they worked out the timing.

It was the week before Christmas, which cut things close because many drivers don't work the week between Christmas and New Year's. But they squeezed me in and managed to deliver the car in five days (seven or eight was the estimate).

I received excellent service from Diane and, once when she was unavailable, her colleague Tim. The driver was also great to work with. My only complaint was that he called too frequently! My husband was in an all-day meeting and couldn't return his call right away. The driver called my husband five times that day. I understand that he needed confirmation, though, so it wasn't a big deal.

The car looked great upon visual inspection. Once I drove it, I discovered some damage that caused excessive road noise inside the car. I contacted Cascade and they got back to me immediately with the insurance information I needed. I will process the claim through the driver's company's insurance, which I haven't done yet.
