pick up time there is no damage in my car and when they are delivered the back light has broken and the person is telling picking time i didnt see and already its broken

The pick up and delivery were on time. We wrote your order on the 9th and it was picked up the 10th and delivered the 13th. I would say that is excellent customer service. Happy Holidays.
