The driver received an additional pick up in Virginia. I found it perfectly reasonable for the driver to make this detour in his effort to cover his overhead for the drive across country. The driver was apologetic for the delay, and even though the car arrive dirty, the circumstance were understandable and unexpected by the driver.
The car cleaned up nicely, no harm done. I'd be happy to use this transporter again and recommend to others.
