This was the first time I had shipped a car without use of an overall relocation service. Brenda who was my contact at Cascade was very friendly and gave very clear instructions as to how the process would work, the price (which was competitive with other quotas I received), and follow-up for the confirmation of services.

The one item that was confusing was the scheduled pickup and drop-off times. I had originally called on Friday AM for a pickup date of Sunday, but instead received a call Friday PM that the driver was in my area and I needed to rush to meet him otherwise my next pickup would be the following week. I've shipped other vehicles before with the pickup time being fixed so was somewhat surprised (although in the end I was able to hand over the vehicle in time). Similar timing issues happened on the receiving end, where the driver asked to deliver near midnight instead of during normal business hours. More of a reflection on the shippers, but still wanted to note.
