I dropped my vehicle in Long Beach Ca and was driected to Matson Driectly. Everything went smoothly, I only had to call cascade to get the Matson booking number that was different. Once sent, everything seemed to go as planned. Matson's customer service seemed a bit disorganized and their tracking system left much to be desired as far as accuracy, but this was not due to Cascade's services.
