Cascade was contacted because I called Angels Moving Autos a couple of weeks prior, and they never even called back to check on my order or anything. When I called AMA, I got the owner and she treated me like I was bothering her. Attitudes like hers tell me to go elsewhere, so I did. Kimberly was exactly the opposit of the Redding, CA woman. She was enthusiastic about getting and taking care of my business and kept in touch with me. She found a driver quickly, though for a higher price than that originally quoted. However, I wanted quick results as the other4 company had me on a short time line, so ASAP was necessary. I believe the broker is responsible for the actions and outcome of the carrier company, and in this case it was good for them. The driver showed up on time and delivered the car on time, and he always called ahead of time to let us know what he was doing. The $50 kickback for posting a positive review from Cascade is not much of a motivator, considering the price of the transport. This is an honest review for Cascade, and an honest dump on Angels Moving Autos. The next time I need to ship a vehicle, I will not hesitate to call Cascade and use their services. I had a very good experience through the whole proc ess with them and the carrier they hired.
