Hi Ron, I have to admit I was caught off guard by your review. We had you scheduled for pick up on your first available date, unfortunetly the driver was delayed and could not pick up until the next day. Sometimes this happens, that is why we give ESTIMATED pick up and delivery dates. You never know what will happen on the road. Now as far as delivery, yes it was later in the day but on the same day that delivery was estimated so I am not sure how delivery was late. I do apologize that you think my customer service was not up standards, but I feel I did everything I could to get your vehicle moving in a timely manor.
