Cascade really came through for us when we needed to ship our two cars from New York to Nevada. The customer service we received was excellent. Our contact, Brenda, followed up with everything, calling us to confirm the cars were picked up, delivered, and always wanted to ensure that we were satisfied. The cars arrived early so we were able to return our rental car early which saved us some money. We would definitely use Cascade again and have already recommended them to a family member that is making a long distance move.
