Our first cross-country vehicle shipment ever was made very easy by Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I was able to speak and work with the same customer service representative every time I called the company. She did all the legwork for me up until the time I was scheduled to give my car to the delivery truck. This made things super easy as I had my hands full of lots of other tasks with a cross-country move in progress. At one point when she took a long weekend off, she sent out an email with an alternate point of contact so I would have someone to contact if I had any emergent issues or questions. She followed up even after Cascade had been paid, calling to check that the car had been successfully delivered. Cascade was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to my friends as well.
