I used cascade vehicles shippings to transfer my car from CA to NJ. It was the end of August, one of the busiest times for car shipping. To make things even harder, I needed to travel out of the country soon after the scheduled pickup date. It was not easy for Brenda, my contact person in cascade shipping, to find a truck driver willing to carry the car with low cost at that time. But I could see that she did try her best in my case. She even volunteered to lower her portion of the payment to find a truck driver on time. When I was boarding my flight, she called and told me that she finally found a driver. What a relief! So based on my experience, I would definitely give cascade car shipping a five star.
