Kim was very helpful, in helping me figure out everything from when the truck might possibly available to getting in contact with the driver to see just when he'd be dropping off my car. She was very prompt in calling me back in all cases but one, and was very helpful in making sure that the transport company made sure I was in the loop in terms of where my car was.

They do offer a $50 rebate for reviewing their service, and this is why I'm doing this. However, their service was, truly, great and I will be calling them again for when we ship my husband's car.
