Everything went well, Kim was repsectful and responsive. I paid quite a bit more than I was quoted, not sure if this is common practice. If so, it seems dishonest. The car was piced up in a timely fashion and delivered on the date, albeit at night. I missed a day of work because I thought the car would be delivered earlier. Not a big deal, but a simple phonecall could have solved the issue. I would use cascade again.

Phillip, No the extra funds is not a common practice, trucks occasionally ask for additional funds, but you always have the option to turn it down. I wish I would have known about the delay but when I called the carrier they said they were still on schedule. I do thank you for choosing Cascade and wish you the best.
