I was making the move across the country from California to Maryland. I requested quotes and researched reviews from several auto transportation companies, and Cascade got extremely positive reviews. Their quote website was very straight forward and easy to navigate. I received an emailed quote within about one hour of the submission of my information on Cascade's website. I read through the quote (along with several other quotes I had received), and went ahead and called into Cascade to gather up more details on the process. Brenda was the customer service representative that assisted me on my phone call. She was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and walked me through step by step the entire process, from pick up of my vehicle to drop off. She was able to quickly respond to some very specific questions I had regarding their service. Brenda also that I would always be able to communicate with her and/or the driver if further questions or concerns arose throughout the transporation process. The quote itself was basically on par with most of the other companies I had requested quotes through, so pricing was competative.
