Shipping a vehicle is a stressful process due to the lack of transparency in the industry, the large number of transportation brokers, and the tens of thousands of independently operated carriers.

I must say I was AMAZED by the service provided by Kim at Cascade Vehicles. My first contact with Kim was on Monday, Aug 23. I requested a pickup on Saturday, Aug 28 and she got right to work. She got back to me saying she had found a carrier that could not only do the pickup but would have the car delivered from PA to CA by Wednesday! To use this particular carrier, the carrier was requesting a small extra charge ($1190 instead of $1115) for the expedited service. She was more than happy to keep looking for a different carrier at the original rate, but wanted to give me this option. Given that a 4 day transit time for a cross-country move is unheard of, I jumped on the opportunity.

Kim provided me with the details of the carrier, ph #, name of driver, and driver's cell phone. Knowing that my car would be coming so quickly gave me a huge peace of mind.

During the entire process (before, during, and after) that my vehicle was in transit, Kim was constantly checking in with me and keeping me updated, confirming the pick up, drop off, and making sure I was able to reach the driver. I called her several times during the process and got a hold of her every single time in under 60 seconds. This itself was quite amazing to me!

Kim was super friendly and helpful and i have recommended Cascade and Kim to our HR department as our preferred carrier for all of our new hires requiring vehicle transport services.
