Communication as to the status of my vehicle has been excellent so far. Emails and phone calls informing me and asking me about whether the transporter arrived or not has kept me informed. From the time I called Cascade to the time my vehicle was in transit took only two days. My vehicle arrived at the docks in Long Beach on time and is now waiting to board the ship to carry it across the Pacific. So far it has been great
