I was preparing to move from Maryland to California for vet school and had recently realized that I would need to move out to California sooner than I thought, so I had only 8 days to get my car out to California. I spoke with 3 other car transport companies before calling Cascade and all 3 of them told me that there wasn't much of a chance that I would get my car to California in time.

I called Cascade and spoke with Jeff who gave me a very thorough explanation of the way car shipping works and explained to me my options for getting my car out to California as quickly as possible. Jeff was extremely helpful and friendly and really put me at ease when I was stressed about the big move. Within a few hours of calling Jeff, I got a call from the truck driver, telling me they could pick up my car the next day! My car ended up arriving in California 3 days sooner than anticipated and everything worked out great. Jeff was great at following up with me throughout the process to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that all my concerns were addressed.
