We moved our car from Georgia to Washington state and it was coordinated by Jeff. Our overall experience was very good with Cascade, right from my first call to Jeff to the final point when the driver brought in our car in great condition.

I had called a lot of companies for quotes and some of the companies kept spamming with me text messages, robot calls and emails. One company gave me a quote of $1800. I was extremely frustrated so I looked at transport reviews and found Cascade Vehicle Shipping as a top rated shipper. Jeff walked me through the steps patiently and professionally and was always available on the phone when I had a quick question. Once he was in a meeting but he still returned my call to check how things were going.

I can assure you that Cascade cares about their reputation greatly and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your car is picked up on time and delivered on time.

Even though we were given a 7 day delivery window, our car was delivered 3 days early! We are thankful to the driver whose name was Fodor. Extremely polite and honest person.

If I ever move my car again, I will have no second thoughts in choosing Cascade again. The company delivered on its promise and did not play any fine-print tactics or added surprise charges.
