This is the second time that we utilized this company to transport a vehicle across country for us. They have always done their best to help accomodate us. The communication between the office and us personally was very honest. They were very clear about the process of our transport, and what we were to expect. Our car wasn't picked up on the date when asked, and the carrier didn't even drive to the house to pick up the car. They walked a mile to the house, drove the car to their semi, and when dropping the vehicle off wanted me to drive to them which was over 4 miles from my home to come and pick up the car. I told them that they needed to drop off the car at my house, and they took my car off the semi where they were at, and proceeded to drive my vehicle to my house, putting on another 4 miles. I was unhappy about that. Other than the actual transporters, cascade did a great job at communicating with the transporters to keep tabs on them. The price of the transport was more than expected from the last time we went with this company only 1 year ago. It was more even with a discount of returning to this company. So I was disappointed in that too. Overall, I was satisfied with the transport and communication. They did what they said they would do, even though it was a couple of days later than I had hoped.
