As a brokerage firm, Cascade has been great every time. You can't always pick your carriers and out of all the times I've used Cascade, I've only had one bad experience with a windshield scratch and an uncooperative delivery person on the other end. Unfortunately I was not there at the time and couldn't do anything about it. The carrier charged me an extra re-delivery fee when it was THEM who was a day early and the funds were not in the hands of the person receiving the vehicle.

I asked Kimberly to never use them again for my cars and she took it further to say they'd be dropped from their list of carriers altogether.

Sh** happens and the next time I shipped a car, Kimberly took care of me with a discount.
