I spoke with several people at Cascade and they were all friendly and helpful. Overall, shipping my car was a painless process and much easier than I anticipated. Cascade lined up a truck within an hour of placing my order and it was shipped within a few days. They were good about communicating time lines with me (on the delivery end) and with my contact at the pick-up location. I would certainly use them again if I needed to ship another car.
