Cascade Vehicle Shipping was excellent all around; from my initial conversation to the follow up after I received my car. I spoke to at least 4 employees and they were all courteous and professional. JoAnn, my primary contact, was exceptional...professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and warm. The entire team was honest and informative, telling we what to expect and the integrity behind making no promises they may not be able to keep is admirable and worth noting. I original quote was $665, however the trucking company wanted an additional $50. JoAnn called me to give me the option and was understanding if I declined, which I did. She called back and offered to split the cost with me. I paid an extra $25, total $690 and received to car a day earlier than expected. The trucker, Danny was great...he even put $5 worth of gas in my car (another story). Overall, I feel that my money was well spent for fast, efficient service. Call Cascade ask for JoAnn 360-834-7898!
