The customer service was excellent. They were very prompt with their service. They found our first car pick up very soon. The whole process was very simple. The downside is that you have to be flexible with both the pick up dates as well as delivery dates. We shipped 2 cars, for one of which the pick up was on time but the delivery was delayed and for the other it was vice-versa. We transported our cars from Connecticut to Utah.
We paid a total of 1875$ for 2 cars of which hopefully we will get 50$ as rebate, that is a good price when compared to other standard carriers. Kim was excellent in responding to our requests.The truck was an open one. They were nice enough to let us pack some stuff in the car trunk and back seat. The truck driver also kept us informed of the pick up and delivery date/time very promptly. The rebate check supposedly takes 4-6 weeks. I would strongly recommend their services to my friends if they need. Both Kim and Jeff provided excellent service and stayed in contact via email and phone to let me know the progress of finding a carrier for transportation.
