I'm not impressed with Cascade. No one can give straight answer and the run around seems all too common everytime I call. There is always the same excuse. My contact, Jeff, still cannot find a vehicle to pick up my car for cross-country transport. I'm not sure why there is such a delay but I would think the metropolitan area for Washington DC would have quite a bit of business. My vehicle has been on the list for transport for over 3 weeks now!

Stef, I am sorry but sometimes we do have trouble finding truck. It doesnt happen very often but we dont live in that perfect world. At no time did we ever drop the ball or stop looking. The fact that your in a metropolitan area doesnt always mean the truck are in your area. Matter of fact history shows us that where you are so close to DC that the truck dont like to go into that area and it is harder to find sometimes. You take care and I hope things go well for you.
