I did not have any problems dealing with Jeff or Brenda at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. This was the second time we had used the company and I would use them again. My calls and emails were promptly answered.

I did have a problem with the auto carrier. We were very specific when booking the shipment on the dates we needed it to be picked up and dropped off. Our first carrier cancelled and so our pickup date was 5 days later, but it was not a real problem. The carrier who shipped our vehicle picked up the vehicle just fine. However the drop off was over a week late. The carrier did not call us at all to inform us of delays. My husband had to call repeatedly for updates and they kept telling him dates and times that the truck would be delivered, and he would stay home to be there for the pick-up and they wouldn't show up. Of course the one day he had to be at an appointment at a certain time, the company called and wanted to drop off the vehicle, which was not a convenient time for my husband. Luckily they managed to drop it off later in the day. The vehicle arrived okay, but looked very dirty. My husband also said he thinks the vehicle was driven as the gas has been used in the vehicle and he knew what level he had it at before the shipment. Also a light was on for brake fluid, which wasn't on before the shipment, so I guess brake fluid must have leaked out during the shipment, which is probably a mechanical problem which would have happened anyway, but may have been agitated if they were driving it without our knowledge.

Overall, we are happy with Cascade and would use their services again, but would not use this auto carrier again.

Stephanie, Again I want to thank you for choosing Cascade. I am sorry to know that the drivers didnt get there when they said planned. It is feed back like this that help us monitor the drivers so we can make the adjustments we need to make on our drivers list so we make sure our customers do get the most qualified trucking companys we can find.
