Brenda was the sales rep for Cascade and was very helpful initially with the bookings and instructions for preparation of the vehicle prior to shipment. We were told the vehicle would deliver on or about April 18th. However, once the vehicle was due to be picked up from the over the road transport company(NAO Transport) and our money was paid to Cascade we had to constantly call to get updates. In fact, we received more information by digging around on our own to determine the whereabouts of our vehicle than provided by Cascade. At one point, we were told the vehicle had been picked up at the port in Tacoma, WA and was on the road. When we called to see if the delivery was still on schedule, we were told the driver had broken down and was not going to delivery as planned and we did not have any idea when it would show up. We were given the driver's phone number and called him directly only to find out he was not the person picking up the load and that he was off on vacation. A week passed from our original information and we found out that NAO had to have another driver brought in to pick up the vehicle as it never left the transport lot. We still did not know if the car was in transport and finally got frustrated with Cascade not providing updates and NAO refusing to give us information that we filed a stolen vehicle report with the Tacoma Police Dept. Once they got involved, we received an update from a Lt. of the Police Dept. who then told us the day and time the driver would deliver and required him to call him back upon delivery of our car. The car arrived with greasy hand prints all over the fabric on the inside of the beige interior of the driver's side of the car. Terrible! I have never been so frustrated with a company as I was with Cascade's poor choice of transport company and lack of communication. Would never use them again.

Hi Laura, and thank you for your review. While i do agree with you about NAO doing a horrible job about giving us correct information, i do have to disagree about me not staying in contact during the duration of your move. The information on pick up and location of your vehicle is provided by the carrier. I had no way to know they were not being honest. After every time you and your husband called me i contacted NAO, usually to leave a message for someone to call me back ASAP, to no avail. When i did get ahold of someone from NAO I let you know immediantly. As you know we no longer will use NAO because of YOUR move. Like i said in the begging of your move, we only use reputable companies, and due to NAO's lack of professionlism they are no longer able to accept loads from us. Again i do appologize for any and all inconviniences and stress your move caused, but i did do everything I could to get you correct information. ~~~~Brenda 360-834-7898 Brenda@cascdevehicleshipping.com~~~~
