DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company gave a low quote then increased IT 2 times to $400 over the original to finally get my cars picked weeks after I moved out of state. I also had to rent a car therefore the total cost was close to $600 over the original estimate.
I chose this company due to the 5 star rating then was pleasently suprised when the quote to move my 2 vehicles was less than the other quotes. I questioned that the quote was less, and was informed that it was correct. 2 weeks after the pick up date I had not recieved a call and started to ask questions- no answers were provided. After 3 weeks we ASKED TO INCREASE THE PAYMENT Adriana finally admitted she messed up in the quote and told us it would be $300 more but she would tak $100 out of her commission- that was unfortunate but at least my cars would be picked up. They again WERE NOT!! Adriana finally found someone that would pick the cars up for another $200 more-

We are flexible people. If our questions were answered promptly, and we were informed that we needed to pay more we would have from the start it would have worked out fine. What really upset me is that the whole situation was sneaky.

HIRE A COMPANY WHO OWNS THE TRUCKS. NOT A BROKER!

Jackie, I do apologize for the inconvenience, I try to make sure my moves go as smoothly as possible but it doesnt always work like that. When I did quote you the original price it was correct. But unfortunately the routes coming in and out of Florida did increase because of the amount of vehicles that are coming in and out of Florida and that was not anticipated (AS IT SAYS IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRICES CAN CHANGED DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF VEHICLES COMING OUT OF AN AREA). When the routes were increased while our dispatch department were looking for a carrier I did stay in contact, I talked with you, your husband, and even his boss at his new employment. Things like this in the auto shipping industry do happen and again I do apologize. ~Adriana~360-834-7898~Adriana@cascadevehicleshipping.com
