I perused many reviews of car transport companies and thought it best to choose a 5 star company, and have the ability to read as many reviews as possible to come to a decision. My decision to use Cascade Vehicle Shipping was based on not only the above factors, but the capable customer service each time I called. Adriana was my first contact and she immediately arranged the entire shipment. She was courteous and always helpful. If I called on an off hour, I was helped by Jeff and the word passed to Adriana, who immediately got in contact with me. Every thing went perfectly and exactly as Adriana said it would. I also found their pricing to be extremely reasonable, even more so than one of their sister companies. I had two cars transported utilizing two different companies(their choosing was purely guess work). One company had damaged the top of the truck and was way off on the delivery time, although very nice driver. This is why in shipping our car this time, I got smart and utilized the internet as preciously stated and because all reviews and star ratings where there, I feel it turned out as a very good experience. (I must say the driver was also helpful and nice) Again, I couldn't have chosen a better company. Thank all of you for making it so very easy.
