I called several companies, and Cascade seemed to be the most friendly and professional by phone. The shipping itself was a good experience. Our driver brought my car over 1500 miles in 5 days, and it arrived in perfect condition. However, there was some mix-up while arranging the first pick-up. I was offered an earlier shipping date just a few days after my availability date with another driver for $50 more (because a larger vehicle cancelled). I agreed, but I never heard back from Brenda or the driver for a week. Apparently Brenda was ill and out of the office, and during this time I was automatically scheduled with a second driver at the higher price without being consulted first. Unfortunately this was neither my fault nor Brenda's, and I believe Brenda is helping me to get a $50 refund. However, at the moment I feel I've overpaid (I paid $824 when I was quoted $774), which is why I can only give 4 stars. I still respect Cascade's shipping business and Brenda's help, and hopefully I can change this to 5 stars soon.
