Couldn't have asked for better service. I was skeptical going in because I had just previously cancelled a shipping contract with another broker due to lack of feedback/status/communication and had begin to wonder what to expect. But Brenda at Cascade was very knowledgible and proactive. She kept her promises and actually over-delivered! Would use Cascade again without hesitation.
