Overall very happy with the service, the car was assigned to a carrier on the same day of the order and was picked up and delivered earlier than the estimated dates. This is my first time to ship a car and things went easier than I expected. I would definitely use them again. The only issue I have that I requested the car to be placed on top of the carrier since it was a convertible but the carrier didn't do that (this is an issue with the carrier not cascade since cascade clearly requested the car to be placed on top) Luckily nothing happened to the top.
