I was moving from California to New Mexico.
When I was looking for a company for my car shipping, I chose Cascade because of the great review.
I called them 10 days before I left California, which must be plenty of time.
At the beginning, it seemed that they were able to ship my car very soon. However, even I had waited and waited, they couldn't schedule pick up of my car. Finally, I left California and I had to ask a favor to my friend to take care of my car.
What happened was, after waiting 13 days, I was contacted by Cascade, and suggested two options. I was suggested two options. One is getting fully refunded, the other is paying 200 dollars more to expedite the shipping. What? After waiting 13 days, refund now? Even worse, I was not physically there any more. The only option for me was paying 200 bucks more to minimize my other loss.
They told me that if I paid 200 bucks more, then they would arrange very good company which would deliver my car in 3 days. However, even after that it was delivered after 5 days.
Indeed, I had to pay extra 200 bucks for the car shipping, and spent a lot of money for my car rental. Plus I had to ask a favor to my friend to take care of my car for several days.

My contact person was very friendly and seemed to try her best, however, I wouldn't trust this Cascade company at all. Their excuse was there are very few delivery trucks that go to New Mexico from California. If so, then they had to tell me from the beginning and should not have received my order.

Hi Bongsang, I do apologize that your move took longer then anticipated. Moving from California to New Mexico while not a long move, is a difficult one. I was very upfront about that when you first placed your reservation. The carrier did ask for the additional 200.00 on that route, and I gave you the option to not accept that carrier. I also never offered you a refund, because we don’t collect any money before your vehicle is picked up. I tell all my customers that NOTHING is guaranteed there are too many variables and I would be lying if I did. The pick up and delivery times are estimated. Again I do apologize that your move did not go exactly as anticipated but I am glad that you received your Accord......ENJOY!
