This is my first time to use Cascade Vehicle Shipping and I was in fact pleasantly surprised by the totality of service!
The pick-up date was very close to the time that I stated as I put down the phone and made the order. Since my address is up a canyon and fairly tight for a turn around I was looking for a pick-up vehicle that was smaller and luckily I got Joe out of M & J trucking who came promptly with a single car carrier and thus had no difficulty in making the tight turn up the canyon to my address. So truly door to door service. (They are all equipped with GPS's). He and his partner Trevor were very knowledgeable and had the car up the ramp quickly (in the dark) and then made it over the mountain to Interstate -5 and then down to Oregon. Car arrived in excellent condition barely a day latter. The staff at Cascade was great and very swift and understandable. Nicole called my cell-phone while it was being charged and immediately switched to the house phone when I didn't answer. All of the staff at Cascade were similarly great and efficient! Would definitely use again.
