I was happy overall. Meagan was able to answer all my questions, and she was very nice. In addition, when I shopped around & rec'd a cheaper quote from a competitor, I presented this to Meagan... she was willing to drop her quote by $50 and see if she could still find me a carrier (which she was able to do). I was pleased. Although the competitor's quote was still cheaper, they did not have the 5 star rating and awesome reviews... so I felt comfortable spending a little more and using Cascade as the shipper.
The car was picked up on the day I was advised. Driver was several hours late but there are some things out of their control - that day it was a terrible accident - and I dont think anyone can be blamed. He dropped it off within 5 days (estimate was 7) so I was happy with that as well.

I would use their services again. I think the price they charged was reasonable and they were courteous as well as the transporter they contracted with.
