We had to move a small SUV over the holidays....and therefore our transport did probably take longer than usual. It was picked up in CA on a Thursday...and did not leave CA until the next Thursday BUT it did arrive on time that Saturday in TX! (I was informed of when it would leave CA up front, so there were no surprises.)

The driver was excellent and I was in cell phone communication directly with him, which was comforting to me.

Only point of improvement I would recommend is that my sales contact (Jeff) would have called or emailed me once my car was delivered to confirm that all was fine. It surprised me that once I paid the driver, I never heard from Cascade.

Yes, I would recommend using this company again, and definitely obtain cell # of driver.

Hi Jenny Sorry I did not get right back to you when your car was delivered. I was able to take some time off over the holiday to visit my sick father so I did not know your car was delivered. I did call you when I got back to see if you got your car and I am happy you did. Thank you again for working with us and I hope we can do it again some day. Jeff
