I arranged a shipment with Cascade and had confirmed reservation on Nov 27 2009 for a Dec. 23 pick up. I sent an email to Kim on the 19th of December to ask if everything was ok and good to go. I received no response from my email. I called on Dec 22nd 7 times got the run around each time and then they put me hold for 15 minutes and hung up on me while on hold, then I tried calling back again they would not answer the phone. I left 4 voicemails earlier in the day and left 3 messages with co-workers and still never received a return call. When I finally spoke with Kim after 7 calls is when she told me she was working on it and she promised to call back, needless to say she didn't and I now have a CLIENT that needs his car in Florida and am scrambling to find a carrier and hope to pull this off.

As I am looking for new carrier at 900 pm eastern time the eve of the Confirmed departure I notice that each time I see Cascade listed on a site for auto transport it specifically mentions 5 star service and the world class customer service. What a joke The problem is that they are a midleman and they put the job out for bid never got anyone to bite and instead of calling me to notify me or increase the fee they would pay to get the job done they just sat around and figured that during Christmas week they would have a lot of takers to transport the Auto. I have a confirmation that is worthless and now have no way to satisfy my customer and ruining my reputation could be a real possibility.

Thanks a lot Cascade that 5 star world class customer service really speaks volumes. Anyone reading his beware that you choose this company at your own peril, I booked almost a month in advance and have no one to transport my clients vehicle.

Jason, As I told you today we are doing everything we can to find a carrier for your customer. This vehicle is priced correctly, but there is a lack of trucks which i also told you over the phone. I will be calling you tomorrow again to let you know of any updates that we have. The dispatchers are being very aggressive with this. I am sorry if you feel there has been a lack of communication, and I hope that I can prove that Cascade does not operate that way. I will call you in the morning with any updates that I have. Again I am sorry that you feel this way and hope that we can show you that we do live up to our World Class Service.
