I found Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. on a website called MoveCars.com and was pleasantly and professionally greeted by Kim. She quickly determined what kind of vehicles I needed to have shipped, where they were located, and where they were to be delivered. She gave me a quote and let me think about it. When I called her back and said GO she started the ball rolling to make arrangements with a trucking company to pick up my shipment and make the delivery. She said she would call me back when a schedule was arranged and I thought fair enough and expected to have my shipment picked up in a week minimum. She called me back later the next day and had made arrangements for three days later. I gave her a point of contact at the pick up point and she worked with him and the transporter to make the connection for pickup. I happily received my delivery shortly after that. The fee was reasonable and interaction was pleasant and professional
