Pick up and delivery were complicated. The dealer misplaced the relevant paperwork and failed to include specific instructions. The forced the driver to wait. The driver helped the dealer get everything in order after Cascade provided him with specific instructions. Cascade had to spend extra time making sure the paperwork was correct. Their extra effort made sure the delivery was on time. Performance by Cascade was better than my expectation. I would recommend their service to anyone wishing to ship a car.
