I was moving from Florida to Colorado and did intensive research online regarding vehcile transportation. After placing numerous calls to numerous transport companies I came upon Cascade Vehcile Shipping services and searched for their reviews, wow was I pleased. So I placed a call to Cascade and spoke with Kimberly, what a angel. She was very interested in my needs in shipping my 2006 Sebring. We spoke about when the vehicle would be picked up, how it would be transported, my total cost and my requirements on delivery of the vehcile. She was so knowledgeable of the process that I was truly impressed. So I gave Kimberly my order for shippment. My vehcile was picked up at my house within a day of my availablity date, loaded and I was told to expect my vehicle in about 8 days to Colorado. Well, I received my vehcile in 2 days from Florida to Colorado. Kimberly called me and kept me abreast the whole way through the process. She and the Cascade team delivered the utmost superb customer expierence that I could have asked for. I would use this team again and again for my vehicle transport needs, and furthermore tell my friends and business associates what outstanding service I recieved. Thanks to the Cascade team, and especially my new friend Kimberly.
