Everything about my car pick up and delivery was exactly how they said it would be. Picked up the day I requested, dropped off within the 2 day window I requested. Nothing was damaged. THey didn't ask for any additional money. My customer service rep Kimberly was great. The only snag has been filling out this form. This is the 3rd time now. Hopefully this time works. THanks CAscade!
