I just transferred to Long Island, NY from California and I had to get my truck out here. I did some shopping around and saw all the reviews from different companies. Some were very discouraging and I was very apprehensive about using a transport company at first, but the reviews for Cascade were great and seemed to put my mind at ease. I got in contact with Nick, and he explained the entire process and it all seemed pretty easy. My truck was picked up much earlier than I expected and delivered early as well. There was a dispute with the driver, he delivered the truck much earlier than expected, and it caught me off guard because I was on Duty that day, but Nick was able to handle everything, and it all worked out great. The door to door service was exceptional. I think the entire pickup and delivery turnaround time was about 2 ½ days total. I never even saw the transport truck, I just happened to see my truck pull into my driveway, the driver got out, I paid him, signed for the truck, and he handed me the keys. It was that simple and was a very quick and painless process. I’m active duty military and I transfer quite often, and knowing how well the process went using Cascade will definitely keep me coming back. I would recommend Cascade to anybody. Ask for Nick.
