My first experience with a transport company. The Customer Service communication from Kim at Cascade was great. I called about a month prior to the move from North Carolina to Utah and she kept in contact with me via email and phone. I gave a pick up window of 5 days and my only concern - probably due to my lack of experience - was the early morning call I received notifying me the transport truck was coming to get my vehicle. I assumed I would get 24 hours notice prior to pick up. Cascade worked with the transport truck and they were able to pick up my vehicle in the evening which gave us the time we needed to get it ready. Now I can share a word of advice from experience - if you give them dates to pick up your vehicle make sure it is ready for them to pick up during that time frame. The transport truck made good time and our vehicle actually made it home before we did. We had made arrangements with a family member to accept the delivery just in case this happened - it was a good thing we set it up in advance - and gave them some cash to pay for the delivery. Our truck arrived a little dirty but in good shape. I feel I can recommend Cascade and would call them again if the need comes up.
