So I had to relocate on a tight schedule because of work and on a budget, because the relocation cost the company was paying wasn't going to cover everything anyway - so every dollar saved is a dollar out of my pocket.
Look, I was dealing with a lot of moving companies and a lot of car transport companies, because these were the biggest dollar items on the relocation project plan & they were the most crucial in terms of getting great & fast service.
I was working in NY up to the day before my flight to SoCal and I worked the day after I got back - no vacation, no days off and an extra work load at work on top of it.
So, I needed excellent customer service without BS that was fast, helpful and efficient.

I got a lot of quotes from various companies and Cascade was one of the lowest ones, but also one of the best organized ones. Got back to me right away, was able to answer additional questions fast and thorough. And Kim was very nice and helpful.

I had an extra challenge for them: I wanted to completely pay with credit card! they took care of me. The kept me updated while they were looking for the trucking company. They gave emailed me updated throughout the process and even supplied "where you car is now" info...

You know that was just all awesome!
The trucking guys (Not cascade, they are a broker) were also great. Ok, the pickup was a bit late on Saturday night and it was raining, but that's just how things go. The car was picked up on saturday around 10:30-11pm in New Rochelle, NY and the following saturday by 2pm I had my car back - in Los Angeles. No dings, no scratches, no extra miles on the car - nothing. It didn't smell - nothing. Just the way I had turned it in. I had to get it washed (duhhh, it was a open transport cross country), and I had expected the car to look a lot worse.

In terms of my overall relocation, getting the car from NY to Los Angeles was the least painful bit. Kim rocks and I would recommend her and her company to anyone - anytime; Seriously!

Go with them, you won't regret it!

BTW, a couple words on the actual trucking company. they also were very professional. I think it's important for a broker to "pick & choose" their partners and Cascade really did. the driver was professional & nice. The truck was brand new and the majority of the cars on the truck were brand new (as in going from one dealer to another; fresh out of the showroom).
I have a Toyota Highlander (mid size SUV) and knowing that it was on the same truck as BRAND NEW Lexus & BMW mid & full size SUVs really made me feel at ease with handing my car keys over to a complete stranger!
Again, my compliments to Cascade - you really hit it out of the park.
Now, if I would have only been able to move my furniture with Kim as well... because I didn't get as lucky with the moving company.
