The experience with the company has been trouble free. The vehicle was arranged to be appropriately picked up on the day that was most convenient for me. There was seemingly some 11th hour delay with the pick-up, but Nick followed-up and made it happen on-time. Though I would suggest night pick ups may be avoided. Very satisfied with the service in general.
